ITpreneurs Enabling Lean IT Training Companies to be Fast-to-Market!
As a Founding Member of Lean IT Association (LITA), ITpreneurs has been excited to support the growing interest in the market to adopt lean in their IT organizations. During the past year, we have been running a series of train-the-trainer sessions.
Each session cover three objectives:
- Walk-through of the training components
- In-depth review of course syllabus and exams
- Suggestions and tips for effective, engaging course delivery, including possible challenges.
